It was a long wait for the Backstreet Boys' new album 'Never Gone', but it was so worth it! The guys were out of action for almost five years, but returned triumphant with their latest album. Featuring the massive hit, 'Incomplete', 'Never Gone' sees the Backstreet Boys on track to reclaim their crown as the kings of pop!

The second single to be lifted from the album, 'Just Want You To Know' has been named Music Network's Premiere Pick for this week. Here's what the industry mag had to say about the single:

"...a mid-tempo track with a catchy melody and lyrics that will instantly connect...we could namecheck a few of the other 'boy bands' as comparisons but really, the Backstreet Boys themselves pioneered this sound!" - Music Network

The video for 'Just Want You To Know' is hilarious - it's Kevin, AJ, Nick, Howie and Brian as you've never seen them before! Set in 1985, the guys hit a hair metal concert and completely rock out, complete with burnouts in the carpark and sexy midriff tops. Glam rock hotness!

Backstreet Boys again collaborated with venerable producer/writer Max Martin on 'Just Want You To Know'. Being in the studio together for the first time in years to work on 'Never Gone', it took the group some time to integrate their different musical influences.

But according to AJ, "Once we got with Max, everything shifted and we started going more toward contemporary, alternative pop with a little R&B. We found exactly what we are supposed to be doing for this album. It's more organic, with more live instruments, and a nice departure for us. If we kept on doing what we used to do-with the way music sounds today-people wouldn't care anymore. We had to step ahead of ourselves."

Brian adds, "It was essential for us to grow. If we're not getting better and challenging orselves, what are we here for?"
